The INECoin Wallet Mobile App enables users to manage INECoin—an inflation-resistant asset whose value is maintained by utilizing real-time foreign exchange data obtained via Oracle Chainlink. These terms set forth the legal boundaries and rights of both the users and our service when engaging with the app.

Our T&C are designed to protect both you and our service from potential legal exposure. The specific provisions here have been crafted in accordance with the particular functionalities of our mobile app, including financial transactions, personal identification requirements, and data processing mechanisms. 3. INECoin Purchase and Foreign Exchange Information

• Nature of INECoin:
  INECoin is an inflation-resistant asset integrated with the INECoin Wallet Mobile App. Its value is maintained through real-time foreign exchange data acquired from Oracle Chainlink. This mechanism is intended to help preserve the purchasing power of INECoin in varying economic conditions.

• Exchange Rate Application:
  When you purchase INECoin via the app, the applicable foreign exchange rate at the time of purchase is captured and retained. By completing a purchase transaction, you expressly acknowledge and accept that the applied foreign exchange rate is final and binding. Any subsequent fluctuations in the exchange rate will not affect the rate locked in at the time of purchase.

4. Modifications to the Service and Terms

• Service Modifications:
  We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the INECoin Wallet Mobile App and its features at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the app after such changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms.

• Amendments to T&C:

5. Payment and Transaction Terms

  Transactions for purchasing INECoin will be processed using the payment methods available within the app. You are responsible for providing valid payment details and ensuring that sufficient funds are available for completing any purchase.

• Transaction Finality:
  All transactions, once completed, are deemed final based on the accepted foreign exchange rate at the time of purchase. There will be no adjustments to the rate or refund of the locked-in rate in the event of exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Intellectual Property and Data Protection

• Intellectual Property Rights:
  All content, technology, and data related to the INECoin Wallet Mobile App—including the integration of Oracle Chainlink's forex data—are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any part of the app is strictly prohibited.

• Data Handling and Privacy:
  Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this app, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Governing Law:
  These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

• Dispute Resolution:
